Circa 1820-30, restored. Yellow brick, hipped slate roof. 3
storeyed, symmetrical front. 1st and 2nd Floors have 4 plain
pilasters with raised brick capitals, and central, vertical
narrow recess. Stuccoed floor band. Replacement 8/8-pane sash
windows with gauged brick lintels. Deep plain eaves. Restored
ground floor in banded stucco: central arched door and outer,
flat-arched shop windows. Behind the facade the structure is
entirely timberframed with brick infill, an interesting late
example of this technique. Top floor of rear elevation is tile
hung.
