C16, but remodelled, re-roofed and refaced in gault brick in the late C18.
2 storeys with attics; timber-framed and plastered; tiled mansard roof;
projecting upper storey; 3 windows hung sashes, glazing bars; 3 flat-topped
dormers; Nos 27 and 28 with early C19 doorways and shop windows with later
glazing; pargetted rectangular panels 1st floor. (RCHM 204).
Nos 13 to 18 (consec) and Nos 20 to 31 (consec) form a group.
