WOOLASTON GENERAL ST 59 NE 10/264 Monument to daughter of William Smart in the churchyard c 4 metres south east of south east corner of aisle to the Church of St Andrew GV II* Chest tomb. C17. Sandstone. Thick flat top to moulded edge, sunk panels with enriched moulded surrounds, base sunk at time of survey, September 1983. Remains of inscription on top, and good inscriptions in all capitals; to daughter of William Smart, 16..8. One of two very fine early monuments, c 2 metres north of monument to William Smart (qv).
