1905 by Oswald P Milne. Cottage in the vernacular style, and one of the best
of the 1905 Cheap Cottage exhibits. Two storeys. One window. Tiled roof
with gabled front and projecting swept eaves. Brick stack. Timber-framed
with painted brick plinth and weather-boarded wall. Jettied front carried
on cut brackets. Mullioned casement windows with 5-lights, glazing bars and
shutters. Half glazed door on east return.
