C17, altered. Red brick, some blue brick headers. Tiled roof with four gabled casement dormers. Two storeys and attics, first floor stucco band. Eight sash windows with border glazing bars, cambered arches. Six- panelled door and oblong fanlight in reveal, stucco surround with Doric pilasters. Recessed lower one window C19 wing on right.
Nos 28 to 36 (even), Yard Wall to No 36 and No 36A form a group with the former United Reformed Church and Nos 1 and 3 Lower King Street.
