Early C18, partly rebuilt. Red brick, corbelled cornice. Seven segmentally arched panels with corbelled capitals to pilasters. Included for group value.

Nos 28 to 36 (even), Yard Wall to No 36 and No 36A form a group with the former United Reformed Church and Nos 1 and 3 Lower King Street.
