House. C17, extended and ground floor cased in brick in early
C18. Timber frame plastered in panels, ground floor red brick in
Flemish-bond. Near-contemporary parallel rear extension of red
brick with timber framed and plastered upper floor. Steep old
red tile roofs half-hipped. A central passage, 2-room plan house
with end chimneys, facing W. 2-room, central chimney rear range.
2 storeys and attics with internal gable chimney and gable
parapet on moulded kneeler corbels at S. Later external chimney
at N. Symmetrical W front of 3 windows and central door.
Painted brick plinth. Flush box sash windows with moulded frames
and 8/8 panes to upper floor. Similar larger sash windows with
10/10 panes and segmental arches to ground floor. Pilastered
doorcase with moulded flat hood on brackets. Moulded door with 2
vertical panels and rectangular fanlight.
