GV II

House. C17 or earlier. Timber frame plastered with stucco
plinth. Ground floor on E weatherboarded and at N end faced in
red brick. Single-storey outbuildings at NW weatherboarded or
brick. Steep old red tile roofs, half-hip at S. A one and a
half storeys L-shaped building on the SW corner of Fleece Lane,
with main front to a lane on the E. 2 lean-to dormers at eaves
with 2-light casement windows with small panes. A pair of hooded
doorways (only S door in use) flanked by small paned windows.
Former shop in N end. S end has a 4-panel flush beaded door in
moulded frame with low pedimented hood on shaped brackets, and a
flush box sash window with hood and 12/12 panes on the right. 2-
light casement in gable over. Gabled tiled rear extension and
slated lean-to.
