House. C17, S bay and extensions to E early/mid C20. Timber frame on low
brick sill, frame exposed in old part with roughcast panels. Roughcast
extensions. Steep old red tile roofs, half-hipped on house, pyramidal to
square projecting garage at end of NE extension. A 2-storeys, 3-cells,
internal chimney plan house, N gable to road, facing W, with internal
chimney a third from former S end, now extended by one bay, lower gabled
rear wing in line with stack, lean-to on roadside against N gable, and
single-storey range extending E from the lean-to terminating in a taller
pyramid roofed garage. W front has 4 casement windows to each floor,
irregularly set, and a projecting gabled porch at the LH end.
