House. C17 or earlier, early C19 W block, C20 NE rear extension. Timber
frame roughcast, W block painted brick. Steep red tile roofs, lower
pitch on W block. A 1 1/2-storeys, 2-cells, internal-chimney plan house
facing S with E gable to road, and 2-storeys W block with internal W
gable chimney and rear catslide extension. Single-storey short rear wing
at NE. S front of older part has 2 windows and entrance to left of LH
window. 2 gabled dormer on roofslope and large chimney with moulded base
and diagonally set square shaft. Gabled timber porch. 3-lights flush
casement windows with leaded glazing. W wing has higher eaves and one
2-lights casement window under segmental arch on each floor. E gable to
roadside has similar 3-lights casement on each floor, and 2-lights to
rear extension.
