Earlier C19 villa. 2 storeys, 3 windows. Stucco, with roof concealed
behind blocking course over entablatre. Corners of building slightly
cut away. Plain reveals to 1st floor sash windows with glazing bars at
left and right. Long, central casement window, with architrave, frieze
and console bracketed cornice, opens on to balcony over prostyle Ionic
porch on ground floor. Ground floor windows long casements in plain
reveals, opening to narrow terrace.

Nos 157 to 165 (odd) form a group.
