Earlier C19 villa. 2 storeys, 4 windows. Yellow brick with low pitched,.
hipped, slate roof, eaves soffit. Gauged, shallow segmental brick arches
to sash windows with glazing bars in stucco-lined reveals. Projecting,
one-storey, blind elevation before ground floor left bar, and similar
extension attached to right hand corner. Ground floor windows have
original, external shutters. Original door of 6 flat panels (2 now glazed)
under prostyle Doric porch.
