Mid-later C19. 2 storeys, 7 irregular windows, Gothic style. Stucco,
with low pitched slate roof behind cornice and parapet, which is
battlemented over left-hand, 3-bay section. The central bay of this
section projects slightly and has Tudor arched window on 1st floor,
and projecting porch beneath with Tudor arched openings in front and sides,
and battlemented parapet. Strings at 1st floor cills and 1st floor level,
and substantial plinth. Right-hand section has its 3 left-hand windows in
3 sides of large, canted bay with half-octagonal, stepped buttresses;
and one 1st floor window over door at right. All windows are 2-light with
mullions and have Tudor arches to lights and coved hood-moulds over.
Doors also have Tudor arches.

Nos 97 to 107 (odd) form a group.
