Formerly Nos 48 and 50. Late C18 front on house of circa 1600. 2 storeys
and attic, 2 windows. High pitched, tiled roof has gabled dormers with
2-light sash windows with glazing bars. Plastered front. 1st floor sash
windows with glazing bars in slightly projecting, moulded frames. Ground
floor window a shallow, canted bay. Carriageway at right. 2 steps to
door of 6 flat panels, cut cornice head and patterned fanlight in doorcase
of fluted, breakfront cornice hood, with dentils and cut soffit, resting
on order with reeded and fluted frieze and panelled pilasters, At rear a
narrow, gabled extension.

No 24 to 46 (even) and Nos 50 to 54 (even) form a group.
