Public house. C18 (said to be 1735), later S part. Red brick painted
white, steep red tile roofs. An L-shaped 2 storeys, cellar and attics
building facing E with lower gabled rear wing at NW with living
quarters. Internal N gable stack at N part, rearwall projecting chimney
to S part with 3 windows to front. E front has plat band, segmental
arches to ground floor, 4 windows to 1st floor, 3 windows to ground
floor. Flush box sash windows with 6/6 panes. Canted bay window with
moulded cornice to right of door. Overhanging verges to roof and rear
wing with internal chimney and external shutters to W window.
