House. Mid C18. Brick, rough-rendered to front and right return, colour-washed to
rear and left return. Pantile roof. 3-room plan with lobby-entry to right. Stands
gable-end to street. Single storey with attic, 3-window west front. C20 glazed
porch over glazed door, flanked by small 2-light window and pair of larger 2-light
sliding sashes to left, single similar sliding sash to right. All windows beneath
timber lintels, with C19-C20 glazing. Pair of full raking dormers with 4-pane
sliding sashes and rendered cheeks. Tumbled-in brick to raised gables. Single-flue
ridge stack and rebuilt end stack to left. Inserted C20 ground-floor casement to
right return, 4-pane attic windows to left and right returns.
