C16 or earlier 3 storeys timber-framed front. C18 modillion cornice. Windows
and timbers generally much restored. Above 1st floor is unusual coved framing
with carved upright members, on left hand side carved figure forms angle bracket.
4-light lattice windows. Modern shopfront. Modillion cornice, hipped slate roof.
Some internal features.
Nos 39 to 47 (consec) form a group.
