Probably C18 with later insertions. Red brick, 3 storeys, 3 windows, 3-light sashes
with glazing bars and keystones. Early C19 cast-iron balcony. The doorway has
heavy fluted columns with unorthodox Ionic caps (c.f. Victoria Park Road), 6-panel
door with rectangular light over with intersecting tracery. Heavy moulded cornice,
hipped tiled roof.
All the listed buildings of Bartholomew Street East form a group.
