Detached house. Circa 1840. Rendered limestone; gabled-end slate roof. Formerly a
double-depth plan house, a principal room to either side of central entrance hall,
service rooms behind; the right-hand rooms have been converted into a large single
room, the stairs placed to the left-hand side. End stacks. 2 storeys.
Front: symmetrical 3-window range; 16-pane hornless sash windows throughout; the
window above the central doorway is blocked. Glazed door with rectangular fanlight.
Some contemporary internal fittings, including dog-leg stair with stick balusters.
