Pillar box. 1866-79. Designed by JW Penfold. Manufactured by
Cochrane Grove Company of Dudley. Cast-iron. Hexagonal letter
box with elaborate leaf decoration crest and lettering `VR'.

reputed to remain in the country. There are other examples of
