House formerly farmhouse. Early to mid C19. Rendered walls. Gable-ended slate
roof. 2 gable-end brick stacks.
Plan: 2-room plan with central stairhall and probably narrow service rooms at rear.
Outshut against each end.
Exterior: 2 storeys. Symmetrical 3-window front of 16-pane sashes, all later C19
apart from ground floor window to right which is originals. Central bay projects
slightly and has pedimented doorcase on replacement concrete pillars with C19 glazed
and panelled door behind. Lean-to against left-hand end. 2 storey height
battlemented wall extends from right-hand end, with arched doorway, concealing
outshut behind.
To include stone garden wall in front with central piers and wrought iron gate.
Interior not inspected.
