House originally pair of cottages. Late C17 or early C18, altered in C20.
Plastered cob and rubble walls. Gable-ended thatch roof. Brick stack at eacn
gable-end.
Plan: originally 2 mirror image cottages, each of 2-room plan with a larger heated
outer room and a small service room on the inside. Converted into one house
probably earlier in C20 when left-hand partition was removed.
Exterior: 2 storeys. Asymmetrical 3-window front of C20 1 and 2-light casements.
2 gabled open-fronted C19 porches, towards either end, with C19 plank doors behind.

Interior: 2 open fireplaces with roughly chamfered wooden lintels. Roof consists
of rough A-frame trusses.
