Small house. Circa early C18 with C19 addition. Rendered cob walls. Gable-ended
thatch roof. 2 gable-end stack - left-hand one is projecting rendered rubble with
brick shaft, the right-hand stack is brick.
Plan: 2-room plan each heated but fireplace in left-hand room is inserted. C19
outshut added along rear wall.
Exterior: 2 storeys. Asymmetrical 3-window front of later C20 2-light casements
without glazing bars. C20 gabled porch to left of centre with stable-type door.
Outshut along rear wall.
Interior: right-hand room has rough ceiling beam and open fireplace with rough
wooden lintel and cloam oven with door.
