Small house. Circa mid to later C17. Rendered cob and rubble walls. Gable-ended
thatch roof. Projecting rendered rubble stack with brick shaft at left gable-end
and brick stack at right end.
Plan: 2-room plan originally probably with central passage, both rooms heated but
right-hand stack may have been inserted.
Exterior: 2 storeys. Asymmetrical 2-window front - C20 single light casement to
left of centre on 1st floor and 2-light, possibly C19 casement to right on 1st
floor; early C20 2-pane sash on ground floor to left with C20 plank door to its
right.
Interior: 2 cross beams, one in each room. The fireplaces have been blocked in
C20.
