4 headstones. C18. Slate. Condy headstone, 1785, nowy-headed with carved fan, head
of cherub and wings, inscription panel with verse, partly broken at time survey, May
1985. To Renald Strout, 1744, rounded top with moulded border, carved primitive
skull, coffin with cadaver inside and coffin lid. To Richard Batten, 1782, nowy-
headed, plain moulded border, fine lettering in inscription and verse. To John
Bazeley, early C18, plain slate with scratch-carved border to inscription, fine
carved skull with crossed bones and flower in corner to right, good bold lettering.
