House, with shop below, forming part of a long row. Early C19. Rendered, roof
concealed. This building probably represents the infilling of the tenement access to
no. 10 (q.v. Hungerford Court) at the same time as the re-fronting of no. 10. 3
Front: 1-window range, horned sash window to 1st and 2nd floor, 1 pane per sash, with
strip surrounds. C20 shop window with glazing bars to ground floor.
