Detached cottage. Late C17 or early C18. Cob, stone plinth, plastered, under hipped
thatched roof, with brick leanto extensions to each end under corrugated iron roofs.
2-room cross passage plan. Internal end stacks, brick shafts. 2 storeys.
Front: Symmetrical 3-window range; casements all C20, those to 1st floor with
lintels just breaking eaves level; porch, lean-to with slate roof; C17 door with
spear hinges; no internal inspection, but some chamfered cross beams visible.
