House. 1837. Stone, rendered, under gabled-end slate roof. 2 storeys.
Front: asymmetrical 3-window range with vehicular entrance to left-hand side, and
porch right of centre. All windows are hornless 6-pane sashes, those to either
side of porch with margin panes, with simple flat window surrounds. Porch
(formerly rusticated) with corner pilaster strips and horizontal band below
parapet, semi-circular headed windows to each side and panelled front door. Corner
pilaster strips and coping to gables. Parapet now removed; 2 end and 1 axial
stacks with brick shafts. Included for group value.
