Tenement farmhouse with attached barn. Probably C18 but earlier fabric may be
concealed. Rendered stone rubble and cob. Thatch roof, half-hipped at right end,
hipped at left end, continuous over barn and dwelling. Axial brick stack.
Plan: small 2 room plan cottage with direct entry into large heated right-hand room
and small unheated room to left with staircase against front wall, barn attached at
Left end.
Exterior: 2 storeys. 2 window range. Late C19 fenestration all 2-light casements,
variously paned with leanto roof to porch towards right end with plank door. Barn
has double plank doors.
