Cottage. Probably C18 or early C19 with with C20 alterations. Rendered stone rubble
and cob, right end wall rebuilt in brick. Thatch roof, hipped at right end, stone
rubble stack at left end.
Plan: 2 room and central passage plan, the left-hand room heated, with straight run
C20 staircase to rear of right-hand room, the original staircase was situated in the
rear left-hand corner of the left-hand room. C20 single storey kitchen extension to
rear of left-hand room. The roof structure and the continuation of the rear cob
wall of the cottage to the right of the rebuilt end wall suggests the cottage may
have originally extended to the right, although it is possible it relates to a
separate occupation.

panes per light except ground floor right-hand window replaced in C20. Thatched
porch and C20 doorway.
