Cottage. Probably C18. Rendered stone rubble and cob. Asbestos slate roof with
gable ends. Stone rubble stack at left end and tall rear lateral stack to rear right
end.
2 room, central staircase plan with added single storey bay of one room plan at left
end.
2 storeys. 3 window range. C19 fenestration. All 12-paned horizontal sliding
sashes except central first floor window which has 2-light casement, 2 panes per
light. Central doorway with half-glazed plank door, 9 panes to the upper part.
Bread oven projection to front wall relating to left end stack. 2 outshuts to rear
with asbestos slate roofs.
Interior not inspected.
