1/58 Former dairy to Buzzacott Manor
- approximately 12 metres west of
Broad Oaks Farmhouse

Dairy. Late C19. Unrendered brick. Hipped thatch roof with sham brick stack at
the apex, the four corners built up to support slate capping laid flat on top.
Rectancular, 2-room plan, the smaller of the 2 rooms to right.
Single storey. Symmetrical facade. Central plank door with diamond leaded
fanlight, the thatch roof over it being treated as an eyebrow dormer. 2-light
casement with diamond leaded glazing pattern to each side. Plank doors at each end.
2 windows to rear. Dairy slate slabs intact around the walls of each room.
