Farmhouse. Early C19. Rendered stone rubble. Slate roofs with gable ends. Brick
stacks to left gable end of front range, and to each gable end of rear range.
Slate-hanging to right gable end of both ranges.
Double depth plan with single room to each side of entrance passage to front range,
with stairs running up to rear of right-hand room, with kitchen and second parlour
to rear range.
2 storeys. 3-window range, almost symmetrical. 12-paned sashes above two 16-paned
sashes flanking C20 porch with slated gabled roof and 4-panelled inner door, the
upper panels glazed. Lean-to at left end with slate roof. The rear facade is
treated in a virtually symmetrical fashion with two 18-paned sashes flanking a blind
window above two 16-paned sashes to each side of C20 door.
Interior: C19 joinery principally intact. Fireplaces altered.
