Former Inn (now house and shop), 1723 onwards, with alterations and
additions. Red-brown brick with pale headers, slate roofs. Renewed
end stack and ridge stacks. Rendered plinth. 2 storey 2 window
rectangular former inn, with stable block to rear, and projecting side
wings. Stone cills and steps, curved brick heads to windows. Flush
and recessed sashes with glazing bars, the former in moulded cases.
North doorway has moulded case with pedimented canopy on moulded
brackets. West doorway has plain doorcase with small flat canopy on
brackets. Ogee shaped iron gutters with lions' head masks.
Interior: No special features.
