Cottage. C18. Cob, which is rendered and colourwashed. Half hipped thatch roof
with lower section to left. Projecting to a brick stack.
Plan and development: entrance into a small lobby with a service room to the right,
larger room to the left with a large fireplace on the rear wall.
Exterior: principal front of 2 storeys, asymmetrical 1:1 windows, to left two 3-
light C19 casements with horizontal glazing bars. Very large tripartite late C18
window to right with flanking pilasters and a cornice which is set over, central 16-
pane sash window and sidelights. Right return of 2 bays, 2- and 3-light C19
casements with horizontal glazing bars. Door opening to the centre with a plank
door.
Interior: much modernised in the late C20, no early or original features seem to
remain.
