Cottage. C18. Rendered, probably on a rubble core, hipped thatched roof, with
central stack with C19 brick shaft, slated lean-to at rear.
Plan and development: 2 large rooms with a central axial stack, the stair running
along the side of the stack: partitions removed C20.
Exterior: 2 storeys, 2:2 windows, 3-light C19 casements with horizontal glazing
bars. Door opening off-centre to right, C20 half-glazed door. Two 2-light C19
casements with horizontal glazing bars on the ground floor of the light return
facing onto The Square 5-light dormer with a thatched bonnet-hood on the first
floor.
Interior: the interior has been much altered.
Roof: roof to right with straight principals, appears C18.
Walled rear garden with cob walling, part with slate capping, rubble walling, some
whitewash.
