TL 51 SE AYTHORPE RODING ROUNDBUSH GREEN

5/4 LITTLE THATCH


GV II

Cowshed or similar small agricultural building, early C17, used as a
cottage since the early C19, with C20 extension. Timber-framed, plastered,
roof thatched. 2 bays, C19 external chimney stack at S end. C20 extension
to NE. Single storey. 2 C19 cast iron casement windows. Roof half-hipped
at both ends. Some framing exposed internally. Substantial studding,
cambered tiebeam with arched braces, jowled posts. Undivided, open to roof.
Large C20 window to E.
