5/5 PUMP IN MIDDLE OF GREEN

Cast iron pump, late C19, on the green south of Drury Lane and west of the
road from Leaden Roding to Dunmow. Fluted cap, finial, and upper barrel.
Scrolled bucket-hook. Curved handle ending in knob, On lower barrel,
raised pattern of a flag and '3½' below. No maker's name.
