Railings, piers and gates
to Baptist Chapel

GV II

Railings, piers and gates enclosing chapel forecourt. Late C19. Rendered
brick, cast iron. Four square rendered piers to plinths and plain pyramidal
cappings, joined by dwarf wall, railings with spear heads; central gate with
rails and dog-bars, segmental central unit and scrolled top decoration. Modest
in themselves, but important to the continuity of the street.
