Former service block and stables, now two dwellings. Mid to late C19. Rubble, asbestos-cement, slate roof. In two sections, part of No. 25 set back and with lower roof; broad throughway between two properties. Small unit, left has small eaves casement above larger two-light below; C20 door on gable, left. Main block is one and half storeys, with, at ground floor, two small square lights to left of throughway arch to segmental head in brick voussoirs, and to right three large two-light casements in chamfered brick surrounds and segmental arched heads. First floor has 1-3 casements in two lights to segmental heads under semi-dormers with deep scalloped barge-boards and finials. Two small brick stacks.

Included primarily for group value, as part of the Traine assembly.
