5/129 Glebe Cottage
GV II
Detached cottage, possibly built as pair. Probably C18. Rubble, rendered front
and part left return, thatch roof. Ripped roof, central eaves stack to back,
uneven fenestration, possibly modified from earlier 2 cottage plan. Two storeys;
ground floor has two 2-light glazing bar casements, wide spaced, and far left, C20
gabled door. At first floor a 3-light casement to slight eyebrown, far right.
Left return has a 2-light centred to eaves, and an inserted small square light
below; right return has 2-light casement set low. All to wood lintels. Lean-to
addition left back. Interior: not inspected, likely to be little altered.
