roof. Painted brick with eaves cornice and tiled roof. 2 storeys and 1 gabled
dormer. 3 windows, modern glazing, modern shop front ground floor. Included in
Grade II for group value with Nos 32 and 34.

Nos 30 to 34 (even) Avonbank, No 23 opposite and Waterloo Bridge, form a group.
Avonbank is a building of local interest.
