Small house. Circa late C17 or early C18 with C19 or C20 adition. Rendered stone rubble walls. Gable-ended thatch roof. Plastered rubble stack with dripcourse at each end.
Plan: 2-room plan, each room heated by a fireplace in its end wall. C19 or early C20 outshut added at rear.
Exterior: 2 storeys. Regular 2-window front. To left on each floor is a
horizontal sliding 16-pane sash, the one above is late C18 or early C19; the one
below probably a later facsimile. There is a similar window to this immediately
to its right. Above it is a small-paned C19 2-light casement. Entrance to the
house is through the rear leanto.
Interior: inaccessible at time of survey.
