Early to mid C18. 2 storeys and attic. 3 windows. Ground floor has been cut
through to make a passageway in centre; single storey projections, C19 to left
hand and later to right hand, built out on either side. Listed for group value,
on account of the upper 2 storeys. Mansard roof with upper part of slate with
tiled ridges. 2 segmental headed dormers. Dentil red brick eaves cornice.
Main front of red brick and grey headers alternately. Windows 3 panes wide
in segmental arches; rubbed brick voussoirs. Panelled house doors in central
passageway.

Nos 28 to 42 (even) and Dry Cleaners form a group.
