Mid C19. 3 storeys. 5 windows. Hipped slate roof; overhanging eaves.
Band above 1st floor, Ashlar front. Windows with segmental heads;
squire-headed painted stone archivolts with triple keystones. Ground floor
stuccoed; stuccoed plinth. Doorway and three-light bank windows flanked
by pilasters with entablature over.

No 2 The Commons form a group with Nos 2 to 8 (even) street.
