SK 18 54 PARISH OF PARWICH MAIN STREET

Brentwood

GV II

House. Early C19. Rubble limestone with sandstone dressings. Plain tile roof
with stone coped gables and plain kneelers. Brick ridge stack and gable end
stacks. Flush quoins. Two storeys with small single storey projection at north
east corner under a catslide roof. North east elevation. Three bays, the left
hand bay with the single storey projection is a mid-C19 addition and has a mid-
C19 glazing bar shop front and doorway around the corner to the right. The house
part is double fronted with central doorway with plank door and mid-C19 open-
work gabled timber porch with tiled roof. Flanked on each side by 2-light
square section flush mullion windows, with two similar windows above.
