Oldfields Farmhouse

GV II

Farmhouse. Late C18. Coursed rubble limestone with gritstone dressings. Plain
tile roof with stone coped gables with kneelers. Brick gable end stacks. L-plan,
two storeys. South elevation, three bays, angle quoins. Central doorway with
quoins and lintel. C20 half glazed door. To the left, a 3-light square section
flush mullion window, with casement centre light and fixed side lights. To the
right, a 2-light late C18 bow window with stone surround and cornice. C18 curved
casement with original glazing bars. First floor with three 2-light square
section flush mullion windows. Casements and fixed leaded lights.
