House, formerly a pair. Dated 1737, but with early C19 alterations and additions.
Regularly coursed gritstone blocks, with rusticated quoins, coped gables with
moulded kneelers, moulded eaves band, end ridge stacks. Welsh and stone slates
and plain tiles. Staggered double pile plan. Two storeys, two bays
with sash and casement frames with margin glazing in openings with moulded stone
architraves. Central doorway with coupled doors, each with moulded architraves
beneath deep hood mould. Plain plank doors. Plaque above door reads
