Mid C19. Of late date but has character and adds dignity to the street. Ashlar. Two storeys, three windows in moulded architraves with dripstones, the lower with consoles. Band. Rusticated arched entrance each side. The advanced sills of the lower windows rest on moulded square piers raised upon a continuous vermiculated plinth, the interstices filled with cast-iron screens of open wavy design. Massive stone dentilled modillion eaves cornice with band of guilloche enrichment below.

Nos 17 to 41 (odd) form a group.
