Well. Probably early C19. Gritstone. Square in plan, approximately 8 feet by
8 feet. Walls topped by three massive stone blocks, joined by pieces of
iron. In central stone, small hole with metal lid over for access to well. To
north, projecting stone, with niche which previously housed the tap, topped by
large pyramidal coping stone.
